This song was really awesome. Not the tune or anything but the lyrics itself. When you sing it its like a prayer to God and its really about surrendering it all to God. Let God be God! Allow him to do his work in your life. You need to trust and commit it all unto his hands.I think this blog is great cuz I can put up my testimonies here to encourage people. haha I have lately discovered that I have a knack for praying for Y Hope people to appear lol! God has been truly faithful and he has really showed me prayers being answered instantly. It can't possibly be a coincidence cuz the probability of the occurrence of what happened to me has to be one in a trillion. Neway nw onward to the testimony.Both prayers occured when I forgot to bring my handphone out. The first time I was supposed to meet my CG at PS for lunch on a Thursday afternoon, however I couldn't contact them and there was no one in sight at the MRT station. I was really scratching my head and thinking about what I could do. Naturally, I decided to solve it by my own means, which was to find a public phone, but I couldn't remember Victor's number so I was really at a lost. then I decided to pray haha! It went like this "God, I know that PS is a holy ground, Y Hope people are always hanging around here. Please let me find someone whom I know please!!!!!" I walked one round around the bottom level of PS looking around for any familiar faces. As I nearly finished the round I was losing heart because there wasn't anyone I knew. JUST THEN! I spied 4 brothers from the NS group whom I knew! The 4 life savers were Jon Lwee, Ding Chuen, Gerard and haha I forgot who was the last one. But how rare is it to find 4 army guys on a weekday afternoon who are from Y Hope?!!! Haha leave it up to you to do the estimate! Furthermore, they had Victor's number! Something I didn't include in my prayer! Amazing isn't it!The second time occurred today, I was supposed to meet Nettie my dear sheep for shepherding! Then... you guessed it! I forgot to bring my phone out too! When I reached Bishan, she wasn't at the MRT station, I thought she might be later than me so I waited.... then I went to Ya Kun Kaya Toast, where we were supposed to meet. She wasn't there. I went back to the mrt station and was getting a lil' desperate, so I prayed again. I asked God to send me someone whose phone I could borrow. Then.... YES GOD PROVED HIMSELF TO BE FAITHFUL AGAIN! This time, I had 3 saviours, one was Song Jun and the other was some brother whom I didn't know. (The third one is going to appear!) I borrowed Song Jun's phone and called Jon Lim whom I knew had Nettie's number and lo and behold, he was at Singtel so I borrowed his phone to call my dear sheep! Haha amazing isn't it? Haha lol God is sending the NS guys to my rescue! Not only do they defend our nation, they also help God to answer prayers! :)))) I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU! to God and my saviours! Haha! Who says God is not tangible! Have faith in him and he will show you wonders! 22"Have faith in God," Jesus answered. 23"I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. 24Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.Mark 11:22-24Amen! Why not pray a prayer of faith and see if God will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and shower you with so much blessings that it will overflow!!!I now proclaim that J8 is a holy ground too! LOL XD!Now on to the Healing Rally today we had as a Uni and NS group led by Pastor Peter Truong from Brisbane(Whom has the impression now that I love Shopping lol!) Remember in one of my posts back I was talking about people being skeptical about such stuff? Today I want to present you with my personal experience. I was very touched by the video he showed us about a healing which took place in Thailand, where a lady who had a massive swelling on her neck. The video showed the healing process which was simply amazing. Her healing led the church in Thailand to grow from 80 to 200! Remember I was talking about not being able to believe cuz you didn't know the people being healed personally? Now, I saw people I knew being healed. It was very powerful and when I prayed I really prayed with all my heart and the faith that I could muster for the healing of my brother and sisters. When one or two come together to pray, there my presence will be, God said. Imagine the power of like about 100 people praying! Throughout the gathering, I felt a sense of excitement like I knew that something was going to happen, and it was going to happen to me. I had questions which I was seeking answers to. Should I let go? What was the Kingdom-minded decisions that I could make? What was God's plan for me? God was faithful and the leaders that prayed for me, Jia dai, Claramae, Guan Zhen and Zhen Zhong all helped to formulate the fabric of God's plan and his message to me that day. "Hope", "the Key" and "The surrendered heart that still has locks on it". Shan't elaborate much here. Haha! Ask me for more! Funnily, I got a migraine after tt and ice cream didn't help much either. So i prayed and decided to get some water. Then God answered my prayer again! haha he provided through Freedy Snapple! [Thanks a lot Auntie Freedy! Its sad that the offer is ending this week! No more free Snapple :*( ]Neway I just want to do a shoutout to God! Thank you for being so faithful in my life! I give thanks to you in advance for my exams for I know that you will see me through them! :))))
