In a bid to battle the upcoming exams, I am going to embark on a new project. Its called
"Healthy Kat!". I have decided to embark on this project cuz I realised tt falling sick would take time off my precious 3 weeks. There is no time to lose! I am gonna tackle two areas. What I eat and how long I sleep. From now on, I am not gonna snack on unhealty foods! Ham and Cheese sandwich shall be my sole snack!Why you may ask. Wells... Cuz it has MEAT and I figured i wasn't having enough calcium so bread and cheese would very well conquer that in addition to the Anlene milk concentrate! This is much healthier than fried bee hoon with fish nugget, taiwan sausage and a fried egg. Heaped with loads of chilli. Figured it would be better for my skin anyway lols! Here's a picture!
Now for sleep. Ever since I entered Uni, I have embarked on a new type of lifestyle. Back in the good olden days where you don't catch me up after 11pm, now I am sleeping in the wee hours of the morning (1 or 2am...). This is super unhealthy cuz even on sch days i get maximum 6 hours of sleep and minimum 5. This is very bad for my eye bags too. Haha! Soon I will have eye pillows! All the better to rest my eyes on eh? Okay now I am going to cough out 2 essays. All you people out there with assignments on your hands, Finish them! Before its too late! Those who don't... wells... Enjoy rotting and growing moss in boredom!!! :))))Ohhh I am going to Manila for Missions! I am excited yet apprehensive... Healthy Kat purred.
