Did you ever know that the smell of the air changes throughout the night? My computer is beside the window in my room and I like to leave the window open to enjoy the night air. Cooling and soothing, bringing hints of scents with it through this window of mine. It is a portal to the night air.
Sometimes, the night air smells
sweet.
After rain, the night air has a tinge of
dampness to it and in wafts the smell of
dewSometimes, the night air is tainted with the smell of decaying
vegetationSometimes, the night air is
rich with something which I can' t tell.
Sometimes, the night air is
just air, without smell or whatsoever.
Do take time to sample the night air. It may be more exciting than you think. =)
